ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD will be given to the Rookie
member who accumulates
the highest number of points according to the schedule
below. A Rookie is defined as a
new member to Cowtown Vettes who has not previously been a
member of the Club.
Rookies accumulate points the calendar year following the
year that they joined the Club.
All records are maintained and the determination of the
Rookie of the Year is made by
the Membership Committee who will select and present the
award at the Annual Awards
Banquet.
PARTICIPATION
January 1 - December Monthly Membership Meeting
POINT SYSTEM
30 Points
- NCCC Weekend Chairperson or Co-Chairperson
25 Points
- Chairperson of a social event (e.g. car show,
cruise, theme party, etc.)
20 Points

Competition even Chairperson or Co-Chairperson for
either or NCCC / Non-NCCC Event
In the
event of a Rally, Drag, Funkhana, Autocross,
Matching Times and/or Concours, 20 points will be
applied to members participation points. If
entering an event and receiving NCCC points, only
those points will be applied toward regional points
(not those plus participation).
