Friday Afternoon / Evening We started arriving around 3pm at TMS to get the event ready for our Guests
	We setup the course on Friday evening starting around 5pm - chaired by Doug McMahan This year was a FIRST for CTV and TMS (from what David/TMS shared), we ran the infield counter-clockwise.
	Steven Hunley was chaired of Rig Parking
	Paul Meyers chaired "Tech" which started around 6pm due to the weather
	Donna Forsythe chaired Registration
		Then the Rain Storm hit       those of us setting up the track got a little wet.
	Vettes were parked in the NASCAR garage for the night
Friday Night
There was Hospitality from 6-10pm for our Guests at the Hampton Inn (our Host Hotel) We were at the track and never made it up to the hotel before it ended so no photos
Saturday it was a beautiful morning with a little cloud cover
	Entry into the Event area in the infield takes place thru Gate 8
	Competitors were arriving, checking their cars over and then pulling them out into their assigned staging lane
	After a very busy AM to finish activities that were halted by the rain last night, the Driver's Meeting was held
	Next we held the Parade Laps so each competitor had a chance to drive thru the course
	The Vettes were staged and ready for competition
