Friday Afternoon / Evening We started arriving around 3pm at TMS to get the event ready for our Guests
	The road construction created multiple challenges
	We setup the course on Friday evening starting around 4pm - chaired by Doug McMahan We setup the course for clockwise this year; and yes, the course is NEVER the same :)
	Jim Forsythe chaired Rig Parking	Carlanne Hickman chaired Registration
	David Gill chaired "Tech" which started around 5pm due to the weather
		Entrants had a chance to look at the course map before Saturday morning
	Around 8PM, registration and tech slowed down so the groups could take a break and get ready to shut down
	Vettes were parked in the NASCAR garage for the night - and we headed to the hotel
Friday Evening
Jo Anne Smith and Sharon Zschirnt was the functional chair and co-chair for Friday night Hospitality from 6-10pm for our Guests at the Hampton Inn (our Host Hotel)
