We met at the QT at US75 and Wilmeth Road in McKinny, Tx
 
  a stop in Denison to visit Dwight D. Eisenhower's place of birth  
       
       
 
  Carpenter's Bluff (annexed by Denison) at the Texas side of the bridge  
       
Carpenter's Bluff Bridge which spans the Red River from Texas to Oklahoma
       
  A look down the road, going across the bridge  
       
       
       
       
  sometimes things happen; today it was the  shift linkage.  Thank goodness for our Corvette Family (friends - Kevin Anthony) that had a trailer fairly close  
       
 
some went on to capture points at other locations
