We have a very
busy calendar this year and many of us will be
having to choose between multiple events going on at
the same time. Since I prefer to utilize
my personal digital camera and in an effort to help
capture photos from the many events / socials that
our members are participating in, we would like to
make the Cowtown Historian's Digital Camera
available for loan for Club Events (not just
personal use).
The camera equipment consists of:
- A Sony DigitalMavica
(MVC-FD73) 10X Zoom Camera
- There are 4 yellow diskettes
and 5 red diskettes, each holding 20 photos,
providing capacity to take and store 180 photos.
The images are 640x480 size x 72 DPI (dot per
inch) - basically web quality images.
- Two re-chargeable Batteries -
each should last for approximately 170 minutes
of use
- AC Battery Charger
- Carrying Case
- Instruction Manuals
The Club's Camera can be checked
out under the following conditions:

The
Loan period would be over a weekend, with some
exceptions.

to check the availability for the dates you wish
to use it.

Arrangements are to be made in advance on when
to pick-up and return the camera, after the
event.

You
will be responsible for the camera & all
accessories. If damage or loss occurs, you will
be financially responsible for its repair or
replacement.

Images taken at the events can be copied to your
computer from the diskettes but please do
not erase the diskettes
- we would like to utilize the event photos on
the Cowtown website.

Please RECHARGE the batteries before returning
the camera
