Hors Doeuvres
and Socializing started at 6:00 pm
...followed by an elegant buffet dinner at 7:00
pm
featuring 4 salads, chicken cordon bleu,
sliced London broil, seasoned grilled pork chops,
redskin mashed potatoes, green bean amandine, orange
glazed baby carrots, warm rolls, and butter.
Following the dinner buffet was desserts of chocolate
mousse cake or cheesecake with strawberry glaze.
Throughout the evening fresh brewed coffee and iced
tea will be served. A cash bar was open from 6PM-10PM
serving domestic and imported beers, wine, and premium
liquor.
